A work hard and then work harder corporate 9-5er in the sales and account management world. Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun in there too, but I loved to work. And I was lucky enough to find jobs that I truly enjoyed, and that made it even easier! Then, recently, I was thrust into a change that I wasn't expecting. Like many others out there I was wrapped up in a 3rd round of layoffs. Man, did I not see that one coming and it hit hard because I probably loved this job the most out of any I've ever had. But, at these times I try to keep telling myself "all things for a reason". Sometimes it takes a really really long time to figure out those reasons, but I have to keep believing that it's true. 

So now I'm at a crossroads. Did I want to go back into the corporate space that I knew all too well? Did I want to let someone else control my destiny, again? Were the hours I was working even sustainable? Would we be able to start a family and have me raise our children, homeschool our children, and give our children the attention they deserve while in that world? What did I REALLY want more? How could we have it all? We had already started a small STR and Vacation Property Management Company. After much debate we decided I would go all in! In a little over 2 months we went from 2 properties to 10! And calls were still coming in. And, amazingly enough, I'd pretty much been teed up for success by my previous corporate role in digital advertising and marketing for the real estate world! It was all starting to make sense. 

I am still a work hard, then work harder gal. I probably always will be. But now I'm working on building something that's for ME! In the beginning knew I had a lot more work to do to learn everything that I needed to to really become a pro in the advertising and marketing space and that's where the Roadmap To Your Dreams course comes into play! I couldn't have gotten to where I am without that course and all of the amazing people in it. The support and genuine love that's felt within the community is just incredible and it provided me with everything I needed to become a rockstar STR Marketing Coach! It truly was the BEST purchase of my life and it changed the course of my life in unexplainable ways. I can now be confident that I'll be able to have it all. Provide for my family, spend endless time with my family, and enjoy this amazing journey they call life! And, at the end of the day, that couldn't be more important. Because, let's face it, when we really break it down, life is just one big roller coaster. You just just have to find the one that rocks your world the most!
